Redeem your AppSumo code

You bought ContentCraft AI on AppSumo. Here's how to turn your code into a working account — it takes about a minute, and there's no password to create first.

1. Go to the redemption page.
2. Enter your AppSumo code and the email you want the license on. Use the email you'll sign in with — your license binds to it.
3. Your license key arrives by email within a minute. If an account with that email already exists, your plan is active immediately. If not, sign up with the same email and your plan attaches automatically (or paste the key under Settings → Redeem a key after signing up).

"Code not working" decision tree

• Typo check first. Codes look like CC-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Characters are chosen to avoid look-alikes (no 0/O or 1/I pairs), so copy-paste the code exactly as AppSumo shows it.
• Wrong email? If you already redeemed with one email and now enter a different one, the page can't move your license — that's deliberate (it stops a copied code from being claimed twice). Sign in with the original email, or contact support for a manual rebind after an identity check.
• Already redeemed, lost the key? Enter the same code and the same email again on the redemption page — your license email is resent. We never issue a second key for one code.
• Too many attempts? After several failed tries the page pauses further attempts for a while (this blocks code guessing). Wait for the timer shown, then try again carefully.
