Terms of service

Last updated: October 13, 2026. These terms are between you and Ingenious AI ("we", "us") for your use of ContentCraft AI.

1. The service

ContentCraft AI is a software-as-a-service content workshop: keyword mining, hook generation and scoring, blueprint composers, content repurposing, visual-prompt tools, a prompt library and a compliance toolkit. We provide it on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person unless you're on a Team plan with purchased seats. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Plans, credits and payment

  • Free: $0 forever. Rate-limited keyword mining, 5 wizard runs/month, 1 project, community prompt library.
  • Pro: $29/month, or $24/month billed annually. Unlimited composer runs, 500 enrichment credits/month, 10 projects, exports, Visual Forge, bring-your-own-model.
  • Team: $79/month, or $65/month billed annually. Everything in Pro plus 5 seats, shared workspaces, priority queue, 2,000 enrichment credits/month.
  • Enrichment credit packs: $9 per 1,000 credits. Credits never expire and are consumed by deep keyword lookups (volume, CPC, difficulty, SERP snapshots).

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes where applicable. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; existing annual terms are honored to term end.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from your dashboard — monthly plans stay active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase or renewal get a full refund. Credit packs unused within 14 days of purchase are refundable. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, malware, or deceptive/misleading material;
  • Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes others' rights;
  • Attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent quotas, rate limits or access controls;
  • Resell or sublicense access except through Team seats you've paid for;
  • Scrape the service or use automated means to extract other users' content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious abuse.

6. Your content and IP

Everything you generate is yours. You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs, including for commercial and client use. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service (store, display and process your content for you). Our software, frameworks, templates and branding remain our intellectual property.

You represent that your inputs don't infringe others' rights, and you're responsible for how you use outputs (see our disclaimer).

7. AI-generated content

Outputs are produced by deterministic frameworks and, where enabled, third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Review everything before publishing — especially compliance-related material from the Compliance Kit, which is a template tool and not legal advice.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Heavy operations run as background jobs; we'll always show honest status rather than fake instant results. We're not liable for downtime, data loss from third-party outages, or beta features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingenious AI's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost content. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes to the service and terms

We may update features and these terms. Material changes get 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice; continued use after the notice period means acceptance. If you disagree, cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation; failing that, the courts of Belize.
